This is a crucial step and ensures that I can serve you appropriately. I learn about your current struggles and ideal goals for treatment. WE CHAT LOGISTICS AND BUILD RAPPORT.
While not a fun task, it is another important step so everyone is protected and I get a solid social history moving in to our first session - saving us time to work on what you really need.
No need to be nervous as i will do everything in my power to keep you at ease as we lay the groundwork for your goals and vision for our time together. Your treatment plan is first and foremost a collaborative process. It is also an evolving document that can change as you do.
The real work begins! We meet as often as needed for your treatment and start flexing/growing muscles you didn't know you had. As our rapport grows, so will the work we do together. I will offer support, comfort, praise when appropriate and challenge you as well. It will not always be easy or fun - but it will be worth it.
