5. what is your cancellation policy?

Yes! I am currently accepting aetna, cigna, carelon behavioral health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania.
I am pending in-network with florida blue and tricare. I would be happy to provide a superbill upon request.
I am only virtual at this time.
Yes. I am only licensed in the state of florida at this time and you must be a resident of florida to stay within the guidelines of the board.
Ending the therapeutic relationship is a sensitive topic. I will always encourage a closure session of some kind - to go over any final thoughts together, but it is your treatment and ultimately your decision to continue treatment in your own way. I will not take it personally and will be happy to provie referrals or resources to aid in your success.
If you cancel before 24 hours prior to session start time, there is no cancellation fee (and we can reschedule!). If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window, it is a $75 cancellation fee. If i have to cancel within 24 hours for any reason, you will be credited a cancellation of your own for no fee.
This is up to you. i WILL GIVE MY RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON MY INITIAL ASSESSMENT BUT TYPICALLY ONCE A WEEK OR BI-WEEKLY IS THE MOST COMMON. OVER TIME WE COULD START TO MEET LESS AS YOU CONTINUE TO GROW IN YOUR SKILLS.
Yes. I am a mandated reporter. This means that if i reasonably suspect or know that a child or vulnerable adult (elderly adult or an adult with special/diverse needs) has been harmed or at risk for harm, it will be reported to the appropriate AUTHORITIES.
